About this pattern

A calm, beautiful underwater scene in shades of blue. A big blue whale glides across the top beside a manta ray, while a sea turtle with a patchwork shell swims through the middle. Around them you will find a seahorse, a smiling jellyfish with wavy tentacles, a starfish, a tropical fish and a cheerful blue crab, all floating among bubbles. The sea floor is lined with sand and slate pebbles, swaying kelp, a coral-red coral branch, blue tube sponges and a scallop shell. A soft sky-blue ground ties it all together.

Every pattern in this shop is my own work, from the first line to the last page. Each one takes time and a lot of care, and I hope that comes through when you stitch it.

About how this was made: The initial design idea was developed with the help of AI tools. I then drew each design by hand as an original vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator and built the pattern myself: the templates, colour placement and sewing instructions. Some listing photos (mockups) were made with the help of AI for presentation purposes only. The pattern files you download are exactly as described in this listing.
